Over the past couple of years we have been developing a community model to address chemical addiction issues at the local level in our community. The “Local Level Up” model is unique in that it incorporates a functional working relationship between all the sectors that make up a community. This model also allows us to connect several communities together as a united front to address chemical addiction issues throughout the state of Arkansas.
