OUT OF THE DARK is a nonprofit COMMUNITY BASED VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION that was founded by various community leaders in the fall of 2008. The organization was started in Jonesboro after several people felt the need to address the horrible impact that chemical addiction is having in every sector of their community.
The slogan of the organization is Out of the Dark and into the Light.
