TIME FOR CHANGE!
Our communities are the foundation and heart of our society. Unhealthy communities, quite simply, create an unhealthy society. Drug addiction issues have become such a major burden to our communities that we can no longer consider these to be solely individual issues that have to be addressed locally by parents, grandparents and our local leaders. Because of our community's failure to learn how to address these problems, the resulting growth of addiction has been in the loss of many lives, the destruction of families, higher crime rates, higher unemployment which has placed an enormous drain on our economy and way of life. Our historical misunderstanding of drug addiction and the denial of this chronic illness has resulted in creating a growing dark hole in the heart of our community and it pervades our public consciousness.
So what are YOU going to do about?
